30-Day Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming items and pet clothing that have been used cannot be returned.

How to Return
Email us at info.zupethub@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible.
