Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time
We ship to addresses in the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $50, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to the email address used at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us by email at info.zupethub@gmail.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address
